What Is An Eco Friendly Insecticide?

Eco-friendly insecticides are derived from natural sources and have minimal environmental impact. Examples include neem oil, extracted from the neem tree, which disrupts insect growth and reproduction; pyrethrin, derived from chrysanthemum flowers, effective against a range of insects; and diatomaceous earth, a natural powder that damages the exoskeletons of insects, leading to dehydration. These insecticides break down quickly in the environment and are less harmful to non-target organisms.
