You do not need to wipe everything down after fumigation. The fumigant used, typically sulfuryl fluoride, does not leave a residue on surfaces. Items like dishes, furniture, and clothing are safe to use without washing or cleaning unless personal preference dictates otherwise. Food and consumables that were properly bagged are also safe to use without additional cleaning.
